How long is the free consultation?

Expect to spend at least a half hour at the in-home consultation. This is when we become knowledgeable about each of your pets likes and dislikes, their personalities, and where their supplies are located so we can provide the highest level of care.

What results and benefits can I expect from daily dog walking?

You can expect a happy and healthy pet as well as relief of stress and guilt over leaving your pet. Daily exercise is essential to your dogs physical well-being, but also prevents him from getting mentally tired. This is especially the case for most of our dogs who live with us in apartments. A restless dog will become irritable and begin to destroy your belongings out of boredom or just looking for excitement. We guarantee you will see a change for the better in your dogs.

Which cities do you provide service?

Our service area is limited to Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Alamo and Pleasant Hil.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes we are licensed, bonded and insured. We are happy to provide you with a copy of these documents.

Do I have to sign any forms?

Yes, we need a signed Service Agreement which explains that you are aware of, and agree to our policies and procedures as well as a signed Veterinary Release form.

Are there any extra costs on major holidays?

Yes, a $10 surcharge is added to each visit if it falls on any one of the following observed holidays:

• President's Day
• Easter
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Columbus Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

When is payment due?

Payment is due on or before services begin. Most clients leave payment for us at their home for us to collect at our first visit. Monthly Daily dog walking service occurring Monday through Friday is billed at the beginning of each month. Payment must be received by the 5th of each month to avoid a finance charge.

What are your key policies?

We have a “Ready Key” program that ensures the safety of your key. Once we get your key it is assigned a code and will be stored in our secure lock box. Your key code and address are stored separately for security purposes. If you do not have the key ready at the initial consultation, we charge a $15 key pick-up fee. We recommend using Ready Key for safety and convenience, but we can leave it in your home at the end of the sit, whichever you prefer. If you decide to have the sitter leave the key in your home after the last visit, please arrange for a neighbor or someone nearby to have a spare key in the event that you are delayed and your pets require further visits.
